Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Sonova Holding AG is currently seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Process and post customer payments on a timely basis - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and send out invoices to customers - Follow up on overdue accounts and communicate with customers to collect outstanding payments - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable - Generate reports on accounts receivable status for management review - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer billing issues

Requirements: - Motivated and resourceful individual with the ability to work independently - Strong project management skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
