Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Enterprise Products Partners is currently seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This position is part-time and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will be reliable, resourceful, and possess strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and send invoices to customers - Follow up on overdue accounts and collections - Communicate with customers regarding payment status and inquiries - Assist with month-end closing processes - Provide support to the accounting team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and resourceful with a strong work ethic
