Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Morgan Stanley is seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable and possess the following personality traits: adaptable and resourceful.

Responsibilities: - Manage customer accounts and ensure timely collection of payments - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Generate and send out invoices to customers - Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting - Maintain accurate records of all transactions - Assist with month-end closing processes

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts receivable - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented and organized - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
