Online Accountant

Job Description:

Level 3 Communications is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Online Accountant to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. As part of our finance department, the Online Accountant will be responsible for managing our online accounting systems, ensuring accurate financial records and providing support to our team.

Responsibilities: - Manage online accounting systems and software - Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions - Prepare and submit invoices to clients - Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow - Assist with financial reporting and analysis - Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes - Provide support and training to staff on online accounting systems - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - 3 years of experience in online accounting - Proficiency in online accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Resourceful and resilient personality traits - Strong cooperation and teamwork skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
