Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

American Family Insurance Group is seeking an Online Accounts Payable individual to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH on a part-time basis. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Process incoming invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner - Maintain and organize financial records and documents - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing processes - Provide support to the accounting team as needed - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Utilize online accounting software to manage accounts payable functions

Requirements: - Motivated and energetic personality - Strong research skills to investigate and resolve payment issues - Excellent time management abilities to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication skills
