Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Best Buy is seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable Associate in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and reconcile online accounts receivable transactions - Prepare and send invoices to customers - Follow up on overdue payments - Work closely with the finance and customer service teams to resolve any billing issues - Analyze customer payment patterns and trends - Assist in month-end closing procedures - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency - Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field - Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Creativity and problem-solving skills - Strong project management skills - Experience in e-commerce or online retail is a plus
