Job Description:
As an Online Accounts Receivable Associate at Comcast in Lausanne, Vaud, CH, you will be responsible for managing online accounts receivable operations. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, dedicated, and possess excellent time management and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage online accounts receivable processes - Monitor and reconcile customer accounts - Process billing and invoicing activities - Resolve customer inquiries and discrepancies - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy of financial data - Generate reports and analyze financial data - Maintain documentation of transactions and records
