As an Administrative Coordinator at Level 3 Communications, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our remote work setup in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This part-time position is ideal for an Associate-level professional with at least 2 years of experience in administrative roles. The successful candidate will be driven, adaptable, and possess strong persuasion and research skills.
Responsibilities: - Coordinate remote work schedules and communication among team members - Manage virtual meetings and logistics, including setup and follow-up - Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing - Assist in research projects and data analysis as needed - Provide support to the team in various administrative and operational tasks - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
