Job Description - Office Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a talented and motivated Office Manager to join our team at ABM Industries, a leading facility management company. This position is a part-time remote work opportunity located in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Entry Level Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize office operations remotely, including handling correspondence, filing, and data entry. 2. Coordinate meetings and appointments, both internally and externally. 3. Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory. 4. Assist in the onboarding of new employees by providing necessary resources and information. 5. Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording expenses and preparing financial reports. 6. Support the office team by performing administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements: 1. Personality traits: You must be driven and resourceful, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. 2. Soft skills: Excellent persuasion skills to influence others, as well as strong planning abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. 3. No prior experience required – this is an entry-level position for individuals eager to kick start their career. 4. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills. 6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
