Job Description - Office Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


BlackRock is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Office Manager to join our team in a remote work capacity. As an Associate level position, the Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operations of our office in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This is a part-time position requiring at least 2 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Manage office operations remotely, ensuring smooth functioning of day-to-day activities - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events - Oversee office supplies and inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels - Manage vendor relationships and contracts - Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for staff - Assist in the onboarding of new employees - Coordinate with IT support for any technical issues - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence - Maintain office policies and procedures - Provide administrative support to senior management as needed


Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in office management or related field - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Strong project management skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and remotely - Prior experience with virtual collaboration tools is a plus
