Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Lansing Trade Group is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our remote team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent and driven, with strong soft skills in strategic planning and negotiation.

Responsibilities: - Assist with day-to-day operations of the company - Support the management team in strategic planning and decision-making - Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations - Negotiate with external partners to secure favorable terms for the company - Analyze data and provide insights to improve operational efficiency - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 2+ years of experience in operations or a similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment
