Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description: Avon Products is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Associate to join our remote team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business processes. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Assist in day-to-day operations, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination - Conduct research to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency - Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and implement best practices - Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the operations team - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements: - Resourceful and independent with a strong work ethic - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Strong research abilities to gather relevant information and data - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred, but not required
