Operations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Mammut Sports Group AG, a leading outdoor equipment company based in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely on a part-time basis, providing flexibility and work-life balance for the right candidate.

As the Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of our business, managing a team of remote employees, developing and implementing strategic plans to improve efficiency and productivity, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for conducting performance reviews, setting goals for your team, and providing ongoing support and guidance to help them succeed.

In addition to your managerial duties, you will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to drive continuous growth and success for the company. You will work closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Sales, and Finance, to ensure that all departments are aligned and working towards common goals.

To be successful in this role, you must be a driven and adaptable individual with a strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills. You should have at least 6 years of relevant experience in operations management or a related field, and a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving operational excellence.
