Job Description - Remote Administrative Assistant

Job Description:


Hamilton Company is seeking a resourceful and hardworking Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud. This is a part-time position at the entry level, with one year of experience preferred. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our team by handling various administrative tasks remotely.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize company files, documents, and records. 2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. 3. Assist with email correspondence and communication with clients and partners. 4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed. 5. Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate party. 6. Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office organization. 7. Collaborate with team members to support day-to-day operations and projects.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role. 2. Strong organizational and time management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 5. High level of emotional intelligence and planning skills. 6. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 8. Eligibility to work in Switzerland.
