Job Description - Administrative Assistant

Job Description:


Newell Brands is seeking a dedicated and resilient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. This part-time position requires a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and a knack for innovation.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. 2. Assist with preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports. 3. Maintain organized records and files, both physical and digital. 4. Respond to inquiries and interact with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner. 5. Assist with event planning and coordination, such as team meetings and corporate events. 6. Handle office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing mail, and overseeing office maintenance. 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. 6. Detail-oriented and organized. 7. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
