Job Description:
Ameren is seeking a dynamic and energetic part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level employee with at least 2 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of our office.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and scheduling appointments - Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies - Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements - Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence - Assist with special projects and events as needed - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality - Strong cooperation and adaptability skills - 2+ years of experience in a similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Visa sponsorship available
