Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Molina Healthcare. As an Associate Level position, the Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office in Geneva, Kanton Genf. This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence - Assist with organizing and planning events, both internal and external - Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and in working order - Handle incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing expenses and maintaining records - Collaborate with team members to complete special projects and assignments as needed - Conduct research and prepare reports as requested


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in an administrative role - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to negotiate with vendors and suppliers - Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
