Job Description:
Huntsman is seeking a Remote Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level professional with at least 1 year of experience. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team remotely.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize digital files, documents, and correspondence. 2. Assist with scheduling and coordinating virtual meetings and appointments. 3. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. 4. Communicate effectively with team members and external partners via email, phone, and video conferencing. 5. Help to maintain and update databases and records. 6. Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors. 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing excellent administrative support. 2. Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting. 3. Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 6. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
