Job Description:
Ecolab, a global leader in water, hygiene, and energy technologies and services, is seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support roles.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to various departments within the company - Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements - Manage and maintain office supplies inventory - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence - Assist with data entry, report preparation, and presentation creation - Create and maintain filing systems - Support the team with ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements: - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Self-motivated and hardworking - Decision-making skills - Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
