Job Description - Office Manager

Job Description:


Anadarko Petroleum is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Office Manager to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This is a part-time entry-level position with remote work flexibility. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing administrative support to various departments within the company.


Responsibilities: - Manage office supplies and equipment inventory - Coordinate meetings and events - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence - Maintain office filing systems - Assist in preparing reports and presentations - Oversee office maintenance and cleaning - Provide support to employees with administrative tasks - Perform basic bookkeeping duties - Handle travel arrangements for staff - Adhere to company policies and procedures


Requirements: - No prior experience required - Must be hardworking and dedicated - Strong attention to detail - Innovative mindset - Excellent communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
