Job Description - Office Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and confident individual to join our team at Dufry AG as an Office Manager working from home. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including calendar management, email correspondence, and document organization - Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and other events - Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents - Maintain accurate records and databases - Handle incoming and outgoing communication with clients, vendors, and colleagues - Support the team with any additional tasks or projects as needed


Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
