Job Description - Office Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Mohawk Industries, a leading global flooring manufacturer, is seeking a part-time Office Manager to work from home in Geneva, Switzerland. As an Associate Level employee with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the office operations remotely.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked and readily available. 2. Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and attendee communication. 3. Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders. 4. Assist in the preparation and organization of reports, presentations, and other documents. 5. Engage in basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management. 6. Keep track of deadlines and deliverables, ensuring all projects are completed on time. 7. Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.


Requirements: 1. Independent and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent people management skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with colleagues and clients. 3. Effective planning and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software. 5. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 6. Experience working in a remote or virtual office setting. 7. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles.
