Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Office Manager to join our team at Archer Daniels Midland. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility of working from home. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times. 2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the team. 3. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls. 4. Maintain organized and updated filing systems for important documents and records. 5. Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking. 6. Provide administrative support to senior management as needed. 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned. 8. Ensure office policies and procedures are followed and updated as necessary.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role. 2. Energetic and independent personality, able to work effectively in a remote setting. 3. Strong attention to detail and excellent planning skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software applications. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
