Job Description:

GameStop is seeking a part-time Online Operations Associate to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize online operations for GameStop, ensuring smooth and efficient processes - Assist in coordinating online sales campaigns and promotions - Monitor and analyze online sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless online operations - Provide excellent customer service and support for online customers - Troubleshoot any issues that arise with online orders or transactions - Assist in implementing new technology and tools to streamline online operations

Requirements: - Independent and energetic personality traits - Strong communication and presentation skills - 2+ years of experience in a similar role - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales processes
