Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

Insight Enterprises is seeking a motivated and resilient Online Operations Manager to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As a part-time position at a Mid-to-Senior Level, the Online Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online platform, ensuring seamless user experience and driving growth and profitability.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize online operations and drive revenue growth. 2. Manage the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy of product listings, pricing, and promotions. 3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure a cohesive online presence. 5. Lead and mentor a team of online operations professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals. 6. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve online operations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in online operations or e-commerce management. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. 4. Excellent persuasion and communication skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively. 5. Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in an online retail environment. 6. Experience with e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies. 7. Knowledge of web analytics tools and data analysis techniques.
