Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Operations Manager to join our team at Lam Research in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As the Online Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online platform, ensuring smooth and efficient customer experiences. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Responsibilities: - Manage the overall operation of our online platform, including website maintenance, content management, and customer support - Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance and efficiency of the online platform - Oversee a team of online support staff and provide guidance and support as needed - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive online initiatives and projects to achieve business objectives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in online operations management - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Resilient and resourceful attitude - Strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
