Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

Kindred Healthcare is seeking a Remote Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will possess the following personality traits: resilience and independence. In addition, the candidate should also have strong soft skills in innovation and presentation.

Responsibilities: - Support remote operations by coordinating logistics and scheduling across multiple locations - Manage communication with remote teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows - Analyze data and provide reports to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and drive innovation - Work closely with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic initiatives - Support the development and implementation of training programs for remote team members - Assist with budgeting and forecasting for remote operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools - Experience working with remote teams is a plus
