Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

Realogy Holdings is seeking a Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.

Responsibilities: - Manage remote teams and ensure efficient operations - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency - Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to remote team members - Coordinate with different departments to streamline processes and achieve organizational goals - Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and innovation - Identify and address operational challenges to ensure smooth operations - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in remote operations management
