Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager at DaVita HealthCare Partners in Lausanne, Vaud, CH, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility. This part-time position requires a high level of responsibility and independence, as well as a minimum of 6 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize operations and improve patient outcomes - Manage and motivate a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care - Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies - Collaborate with senior management to set strategic goals and objectives for the facility

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field - Proven experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Reliable and able to work independently - Cooperation and teamwork are essential soft skills for this role
