Remote Operations Manager

Abbott Laboratories, a global healthcare company, is seeking a part-time Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 5 years of experience in operations management. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, resourceful, possess strong project management skills, and excel in problem-solving.

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage remote operations for our Geneva office - Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity - Collaborate with remote teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement - Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management - Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
