Remote Operations Manager

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage remote operations for Western Refining, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day activities - Develop strategies to improve productivity, streamline processes, and optimize performance - Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes - Lead a team of remote workers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success - Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for growth and innovation

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 7+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role - Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing remote teams - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing environments and work under pressure - Passion for driving results and exceeding expectations - Proven experience in people management and persuasion - Adaptability and willingness to continuously learn and grow
