Operations Manager

Job Description:

CST Brands is currently seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. This position is best suited for a candidate with 6 years of experience at the mid-to-senior level who is motivated, passionate, and possesses strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the company in a strategic and efficient manner - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth running of the business - Manage and coordinate with various departments to achieve operational goals - Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement - Lead and motivate a team of employees to maintain high levels of productivity and performance - Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards - Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise in a timely and effective manner

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 6 years of experience in a similar role - Strong leadership and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines - Knowledge of industry best practices and trends - Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
