Operations Manager - Work from home

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at VF. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Geneva, Kanton Genf, Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management at the mid-to-senior level.

As an Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and performance. - Managing and supervising a team of operations staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives. - Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall company performance. - Overseeing budgetary planning and control to ensure financial targets are met. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. - Implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. - Identifying and implementing technological solutions to improve operational processes.

The ideal candidate will possess the following requirements:
