Operations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our team at SunTrust Banks in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This is a part-time remote position, ideal for someone with 6 years of experience at a mid-to-senior level. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our company.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of the business - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Manage a team of remote employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards - Identify and implement strategies to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction - Handle any issues or concerns that arise in a timely and professional manner

Requirements: - 6 years of experience in operations management or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field - Strong leadership and communication skills - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Strategic planning and cooperation soft skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
