Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and driven Personal Assistant to join our team at Pacific Life in Geneva, Switzerland. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and help them achieve their goals and objectives. This is a part-time role at an associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities: - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior executives - Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation - Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations - Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications - Assist with personal tasks, such as errands and appointments - Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Cooperativeness, decision-making skills, and a proactive attitude - Ability to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity
