Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Personal Assistant to join our team at Hartford Financial Services Group. This is a work-from-home position based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH, with part-time hours and entry-level seniority. No prior experience is required, however, we are looking for individuals who possess strong emotional intelligence and have impeccable attention to detail.
Responsibilities: - Manage and organize the executive's schedule, including setting up appointments and meetings - Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the executive - Conduct research and compile reports as needed - Assist with personal errands and tasks as requested - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements: - Resilient and dedicated personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent
