Job Description:
AGCO is seeking a part-time Secretary to join our team in Geneva, CH. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are passionate and motivated to support our team in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and coordinate office activities and operations 2. Answer and direct phone calls 3. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments 4. Maintain filing system, both electronic and physical 5. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports 6. Develop and maintain a filing system 7. Update and maintain office policies and procedures 8. Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers 9. Maintain contact lists 10. Provide general support to visitors 11. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Strong organizational and time management skills 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks 6. Project management and decision-making skills 7. Passionate and motivated individual
