Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant at Jura Elektroapparate AG, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of professionals. Your main duties will include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, organizing files, and handling correspondence. You will also be tasked with conducting research, preparing reports, and assisting with special projects as needed.
Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain executives' schedules - Coordinate meetings and conference calls - Make travel arrangements and accommodations - Organize and maintain files and databases - Handle incoming and outgoing communications - Conduct research and prepare reports - Assist with special projects as assigned - Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Confident and hardworking personality traits - Strong analysis and presentation skills
