Symantec is seeking a reliable and dedicated Virtual Assistant to work from home in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to team members remotely 2. Manage email correspondence and calendar scheduling 3. Conduct research and compile data for reports 4. Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments 5. Assist with project management tasks as needed 6. Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally 7. Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times 8. Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
