Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

State Farm Insurance Cos. is seeking a remote Account Support Associate to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide account support to clients and agents through various channels including phone calls, emails, and online chats - Assist clients with policy inquiries, claim submissions, and general account maintenance - Process payments, update customer information, and manage policy documentation - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on insurance products and industry regulations

Requirements: - Resilient and reliable with the ability to work independently in a remote setting - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities - Proficient in using computer software and online tools - Customer service experience is a plus - Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
