Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking and adaptable Account Support Associate to join our team at Jura Elektroapparate AG. This is a remote work position based in Geneva, Kanton Genf, Switzerland. As an Entry Level Account Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our account managers in maintaining customer accounts and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Assisting account managers in managing client accounts and relationships - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Processing orders and handling billing inquiries - Providing product information and support to clients - Collaborating with the sales team to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets - Assisting with market research and data analysis to identify opportunities for growth - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - No previous experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to various customer personalities - Innovative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
