Job Description - Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Hamilton Company is seeking a dedicated Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers remote work flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in account management, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries. - Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing solutions to help them achieve their goals. - Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. - Provide regular updates and reports to clients on account status, performance metrics, and upcoming initiatives. - Address any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.


Requirements: - A minimum of 6 years of experience in account management, preferably in a remote work setting. - Demonstrated reliability and confidence in managing client relationships and meeting deadlines. - Strong presentation skills and the ability to make strategic decisions when necessary. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
