Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Western & Southern Financial Group is seeking a talented and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote position will be based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH and is ideal for individuals with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts 2. Understanding client needs and goals, and providing tailored support and solutions 3. Acting as the main point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and support issues 4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives 5. Providing regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders and clients 6. Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services 7. Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise with clients in a timely and professional manner
