Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Ingram Micro is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote position will be based in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH and we are looking for someone with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience at a mid-to-senior level.

As an Account Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing key customer accounts and developing strong relationships with clients - Providing support to sales teams and assisting with customer inquiries or issues - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing - Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive sales growth - Analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products - Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or complaints - Providing product training and support to customers as needed - Working closely with the sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets

We are looking for someone who is driven and resourceful, with excellent planning and people management skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management and a strong understanding of the sales process.
