Account Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Sonic Automotive is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Specialist to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As an Entry Level role, no previous experience is required - we are looking for individuals who are resourceful, independent, and eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities: - Provide account support to clients, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction - Assist in account management tasks such as data entry, reporting, and documentation - Collaborate with team members to ensure all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Use emotional intelligence and analytical skills to assess client needs and provide personalized solutions - Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

Requirements: - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - High level of emotional intelligence and ability to understand and empathize with clients - Analytical skills to assess client needs and provide solutions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and be comfortable working remotely
