Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our remote team at Danaher. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. This role is well-suited for individuals who are hardworking and adaptable, with strong decision-making and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to account managers and customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist in creating and maintaining customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 4. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. 6. Develop relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in customer service or account management. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Fluency in English and German is required.
