Account Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Sonic Automotive is seeking a dedicated and confident Account Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Entry Level position, this role will provide an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1 year of experience looking to kickstart their career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to account holders - Assist with account management tasks such as processing payments and updating account information - Work closely with the sales team to address any customer inquiries or issues - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and products to provide knowledgeable support to customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Confident and dedicated attitude towards work - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
