Job Description - Call Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Call Center Assistant to join our remote team at Richemont in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but at least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complaints as needed - Utilize emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues - Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in our database - Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations in the call center - Actively participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance job knowledge and skills - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service - Reliable work ethic and ability to work independently - Emotional intelligence to handle challenging situations with empathy and tact - Strong planning skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent required
