Call Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Molina Healthcare is seeking a reliable and motivated Call Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Entry Level Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients over the phone.

Responsibilities: - Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with inquiries, issues, and concerns - Providing accurate and timely information about Molina Healthcare products and services - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Conducting research to find answers to customer questions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively - Excellent research skills to quickly find answers to customer inquiries - A reliable and motivated work ethic, with a passion for helping others - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Comfortable working in a remote environment and meeting deadlines - No prior experience required, as on-the-job training will be provided
