Job Description - Call Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Intamin Amusement Rides is seeking a highly experienced Call Center Manager to join our team on a remote basis. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading our remote call center operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote call center agents to meet and exceed performance targets - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and productivity - Monitor call center metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Train and coach call center agents to provide exceptional customer service - Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in call center management


Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in call center management - Proven track record of successfully managing remote call center operations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment - Resilient and able to handle high-pressure situations - Experience with people management and emotional intelligence - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
